The excavation was conducted on level farmland, c. 500 m west of Horbat Bizqa. Several walls were identified at the site before the excavation. Four squares (100–103) were opened; two were devoid of finds (101—c. 2 × 4 m; 103—3 × 3 m) and the bedrock was exposed 0.3 m below the surface. Several stones (max. length 0.3 m), discovered at a depth of c. 0.3 m below the surface in Square 100 (2.5 × 5.0 m; Fig. 1), were scattered over 4 m and rested on the bedrock, perhaps the remains of an eroded farming terrace. Four stones (max. length 0.5 m), resting on the bedrock and possibly also remains of an eroded farming terrace, were discovered 0.4 m below the surface in Square 102 (3 × 3 m; Fig. 2). Worn potsherds, which cannot be dated and were apparently swept over from Horbat Bizqa, were discovered in Squares 100 and 102.
